Edit
The Queensland vs NSW Live streaming series is the annual best-of-three Australian rugby league football match series between two state representative sides, the New South Wales Blues and the Queensland Maroons. It’s Christmas, Easter, and every other holiday rolled into a 42-day period where three games steal the focus and divide NRL supporters into two groups.
Whether you bleed maroon or bleed blue, there’s no game quite like State of Origin.
And with the 2017 series kicking off on Wednesday, May 31, you may be asking some questions … who’s playing? What does it all mean? And where can I watch it?

THE TALKING POINT
Johnathan Thurston has announced 2017 will be his last year playing representative football.
That means he has a maximum of three State of Origin games left to add to his tally of 36 appearances for Queensland.
He’s been remarkably durable since debuting in 2005 but he’s in danger of missing Origin I as he races to recover from a shoulder injury.
Thurston has been named 18th man for the Maroons, with Anthony Milford named to make his debut at five-eighth.
But if the North Queensland champion can get himself fit enough to convince coach Kevin Walters he will walk into the halves and Milford will be bumped out of the team.
